For all the budding Lewis Hamiltons

Larnaca is home to the largest karting course in Cyprus (1600 metres long) and is just 10km from the villa in Pervolia.

There are a range of different go-karts and fun-karts to chose from depending on your skill level and there is also a smaller track for children.

Every time we have visited this track, we have had it to ourselves. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The course is designed to international standards - 1.6km long, with a 8.5 metre wide track (12 metre on turns) for safety.

Children and Other Amenities

The Go Karting Centre has a separate course for younger children and there is also a restaurant and bar for post-race relaxation. The staff are friendly, with help for complete beginners.

Opening Times and Prices

The Karting Centre is open from 9am - midnight seven days a week.

Costs for a 270cc go-kart (2009):

• 10 minutes - €14
• 15 minutes - €18
• 20 minutes - €21
• 25 minutes - €24
• 30 minutes - €28
• Double karts are also available for similar price
