Golf and Golf Courses in Cyprus
Golf is relatively new to Cyprus but with the mild winter climate and plenty of sunshine, golf is set to take off in Cyprus over the coming years with plans to be the number one golfing destination on the Mediterranean.
A golf course is currently being planned about 8km from the villa in Pervolia and there are other options for golf enthusiasts in Cyprus. The courses close to Paphos are about 110 km away and are accessible by the main motorway route and take about 1-2 hours to reach.
Aphrodite Hills Golf Course
This award winning 18-hole golf course in Paphos opened in 2002 and is the newsest golf course in Cyprus- 6299 metres - par 71/72.

Secret Valley Golf Course
The Secret Valley Golf Course is a prestigious golf course located along the coast from Paphos in the renowned area of "Petra tou Romiou". It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations.

Tsada Golf Course
The Tsaada golf course is set on the grounds of 12th century monastery in the hills. A par 72 measuring 6060 metres. Being 500m above sea level usually means a cool breeze during the hot summer months.

Vikla Golf Course and Country Club
This 18 hole golf course is near the village of Vikla, about 20km from Limassol and is the closest golf course to the villa. 5250 yards and a par 58, this golf course is open to the public, and you don't need a handicap to play. The golf course, with its country club, is ideal for families. You get to play a round of golf while the family can sit by the pool and enjoy some Cypriot hospitality. Probably not the best golf course for real enthusiasts.
